Today is the 31st January 2010 . Work sucks after all .

Had my last day at ( you know where ) and it was terrible . The lady boss is horrible, i think that's why for the one week i worked there, there's not once a full house, including weekends .

Let me tell you how ''good'' this place is .

1. There is no hand soap for staffs to wash hands, the only soap, is the dishwasher powder form soap .

2. There are mouse in the kitchen and at the bar, they caught FIVE that day, two of which are big ones .

3. Washed utensils that accidentally dropped on kitchen area floor are placed back with the clean ones .

I guess these three are good enough to gross you out that we waiter and waitresses and handling food with our hands not cleaned . We clear plates of other customers and touch their used tissue and saliva on the plates and utensils and boom we are serving your freshly cooked dish with the same hands ! Wow, it booms right . Utensils are so clean that 75% of them are full of oily finger prints, so applies to the plates and others .

25 tables, ranging from 2 seaters to 12 seaters, there are only 6 staffs for Saturday night . That includes, bartender, cashier and food runner . SIX staffs, three are newbies, that includes me, and outta the SIX, only 2 are taking customer orders . Saturday night, times get busy, the lady ''boss'' only knew how to bring in customers, ordering us like beggars to work this and that, and going into the kitchen and shouting that preparation of food is very slow . Doesn't she have the common sense to inform customers that we are seriously lack of manpower and be prepared to wait a while longer for food ?

She is so damn cocky . Once, my friend send out a dish and was called back to kitchen with the dish because she forgot to add pepper as something like garnish . My friend came back and the lady ''boss'' followed behind her . The boss said something like ''from afar when i saw i knew there wasn't any pepper, that's how i am the lady boss here'' . How's that sound ? Cocky or arrogant ? Oh wait, it's both of them . She's the stupidest boss i ever seen .

Newbie are slow because they know nothing, but that doesn't mean she can reprimand in a sarcastic way in front of every single body . Last night, 3 of us newbie all got reprimanded, me the least, but the other two cried . So you should be able to tell how sarcastic she is .

But then, i had my last day yesterday . So yeah, i don't give a damn now except for my pay . So yeah . It's back to Black Angus now, and penny black . Wish me luck .
